| The map pin on the map to the right shows the location of the village of Morell. Morell is 40 kilometers east of Charlottetown on Route 2. If you travel to P.E.I. by automobile, Morell is only 1- 1/2 hours from the Confederation Bridge and 45 minutes from the ferryboats at Wood Islands. If you arrive by air, Morell is 25 minutes east on Route 2. Rio Lindo is then 2 kilometers south of Morell nestled on the banks of the Morell River. (At the end of a long private driveway.) |

stores, a service station, a liquor store, a restaurant, 2 churches, a
dentist, a doctor, a bank, Credit Union, and a pharmacy.

It travels along farm fields and constantly offers a fabulous water view of St. Peter's Bay. | Now that you have some perspective on where the property is, let's find out more about Rio Lindo. You are already aware of the long private driveway. The gate by the roadside can be secured at night if you wish more privacy. Rio Lindo is located on the bank of the Morell River on a 54-acre lot. A side deck leads to a stairway going down to the river's edge. Here you have a private floating dock with an end-platform which can be used to launch a canoe, for fishing or for sunning. A canoe, paddles and PFD's are available so you can enjoy the beauty of the Morell River. All the equipment, including a propane barbecue, is kept in a large detached garage. |

The inside of Rio Lindo is spacious, comfortable, and laid out to maximize the effect of the river scenery. The decor is a combination of modern, Latin American, and the rustic. A fully equipped kitchen with fridge/ice-maker, stove microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, even a washer and dryer. When you come to Rio Lindo, all you have to bring is your food. A large living room is highlighted by a wood-burning fireplace and has a television, VCR, DVD player, and telephone. A large bedroom is found just off the living room. This is 400 sq. ft room with 2 double beds and 2 walk in closets and a picture window overlooking the river. A bathroom with a shower stall, is also on the first level. The "special room" on the first level is the cedar room-a large, window-wrapped patio/sun room overlooking the river. This room is furnished with genuine Honduran wicker furniture and Latin American pictures.. |

Upstairs is another large washroom equipped with a shower stall.
The rest of the upstairs is a huge bedroom with a double bed set and two
large closets. A large picture window gives you an amazing view of
the Morell River, beautiful to wake up to.
